How the CRM is built technically
Only for the curious and developers. You don't need this for daily work.
Frontend
- React 19 + TypeScript + Vite (SPA, no SSR)
- Headless admin framework for the CRUD resources
- shadcn/ui + Radix UI + Tailwind CSS v4 for the look
- React Query (TanStack) for server state + persistent cache
- Vite PWA for offline fallback and update hints
Backend
- Supabase: Postgres + Auth + Storage + Edge Functions (Deno) + Vault for secrets
- Tenant separation via the
sub_account_idcolumn + Postgres RLS on every table, rank permissions in the database too - pg_cron for outreach sending, mailbox fetching, scheduled emails, reminders and the automation watchdog
Third-party systems
- Lexware Office, Qonto and Stripe in parallel: documents, bank and online payments
- SMTP and IMAP per mailbox for sending and receiving
- Twilio and WhatsApp for telephony and messages
- Google (Calendar, Business Profile) via OAuth
- Anthropic Claude for Lisa
- Vercel for hosting + CDN
Languages
14 languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Greek, Romanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Kurdish (Kurmanji) and Dari. German is the source; if a translation is missing, the German text appears.
