Lisa: what she does herself and when she asks

Auto mode: Lisa handles everyday work directly, deleting and legally important steps only with your yes.

Lisa handles almost everything for a site and for your team: create and change sites, keep the checklist and cleaning plan up to date, record tasks and problems at a site, schedule and reassign shifts, create employees, enter holidays and sick days. The same list applies to every assistant working in your account.

Auto mode

Below the input field on the Lisa page you choose how Lisa works:

  • Auto mode (default): Lisa creates, changes, assigns, schedules and records right away. A card with Undo then appears in the chat. Undo works for 24 hours.
  • Always ask: before every change Lisa shows a card with Allow and Decline.

What always asks

Lisa never deletes or does anything legally important without your yes, in any mode, and there is no "Always allow" for it. The card tells you why she asks. In the small Lisa window on a site she does not do such things at all; open Lisa in full screen for that.

Your permissions apply to Lisa too

Lisa works with your permissions. If you lack "Edit schedule", for example, she will not schedule a shift and tells you which permission is missing. She only shares access codes and key information if you have "Key & access info".

The list below comes straight from Lisa's code. What it says applies.

Lisa does this herself, with undo

  • Create: site, employee, task, contact, deal
  • Change: address, scope of services, cleaning plan, checklist
  • Assign: a shift to someone else, a photo to a site
  • Schedule: shift, appointment
  • Record: problem, absence, note
  • Answer: who is where and when, what is open

Exception: only someone with “Edit site” can take back a task or a problem at a site. Without this permission the card shows no “Undo”; your site manager can help.

Lisa always works with your permissions. What you may not do yourself, she cannot do either.
