Welcome to Agency-Flow

Agency-Flow is your all-in-one platform for cleaning and clearance companies: contacts and pipeline, one inbox for email, SMS and WhatsApp, dispatch and time tracking, appointment booking, invoices and finances, marketing and the AI assistant Lisa. All in one system.

How it's structured

• Separate accounts: If you run several companies as an agency, each one only sees its own data. Switch accounts at the top left on a computer, or under More → Account on your phone.
• Roles and ranks: The role is the frame (Member, Site manager, Admin, Owner), the rank is the fine-tuning with individual permissions. If a permission is missing, the app does not show the page, and the database does not hand out the data in the first place. More in the article "Roles and ranks".
• Modules: Every area is a module. Under Settings → Modules you hide what you don't need. What you need all the time, you pin. On your phone you reach every module through the button in the middle of the bottom bar (see "Working on your phone").
