Sites: documenting an apartment
On-site recording with photos, rooms, and damage notes.
The Sites module (/objekte, still called „Objekt" in the code and in the records) is meant for apartment and building documentation (typical for clearance or major-damage jobs). Every site has:
- Address + map pin
- Owner / client (linked to a contact + company)
- Rooms as a list (living room, bedroom, basement, …) each with photo documentation
- Damage notes + container requirements
- Lisa chat on the photo: AI estimates clearance effort and container size
- Daily checklist per room (completed, photos uploaded, waste disposed of)
Mobile-first: the Sites module is optimized for on-site use on a smartphone: photo straight from the app, fast data entry, offline-tolerant.
